Pre Employment Asssessment

Pre employment health assessments enable employers to ensure that prospective employees are likely to be fit to perform their role. TMS occupational health staff have considerable experience in assessing fitness for role and in making recommendations for adjustments in the event of significant disability.

Service delivery is at Trident Medical Services or on customer site in an appropriate environment.

Pre-Placement Health Assessment

If you are a contractor providing services for which pre-placement health assessments are required, please contact Trident Medical Services on 0118 982 4537 to discuss the arrangements.

In preparation for the assessment, details of the work to be done should be forwarded to Trident Medical Services on a 'Job Hazard Identification Form' (Form F154). Each employee should also complete an 'Employee Health Declaration Form' (Form F115).

Please note that drug and alcohol testing will be included in pre-placement assessments unless alternative arrangements are agreed.
